We are not a physical heating installation company, an equipment manufacturer, or an energy supplier.

3. Quotations & Independent Contractors

Any contract for the supply or installation of a heat pump or heating equipment is entered into solely between you and the independent MCS-certified installer who conducts the survey. We do not warrant the workmanship or performance of third-party contractors, though all matched partners are verified for active certification at the time of onboarding.

4. Estimates & Calculators

All estimates generated by our £7,500 BUS Grant Calculator, Radiator Checker, and fuel cost models are provided for preliminary informational purposes based on standard UK industry benchmarks and current statutory DESNZ guidelines. Final installation costs and grant eligibility are subject to a formal on-site heat loss survey conducted by your appointed MCS engineer.
